Coding sessions for schools with MIC Brussels & Telenet

09.30: Microbit Sessions

The Microsoft innovation Brussels(MIC Brussels) & Telenet are happy to welcome schools from the Brussels Capital region for half a day coding session. We will be using Micro:bit a tiny programmable computer, designed to make learning and teaching easy and fun!

During this workshop a class of primary students in 5th or 6th grade will receive a playful initiation into the programming language.They will get to create a micro:bit watch that they can bring back home and use to program further!

The session will be conducted in Dutch and it will take place from 9:15 to 12:30.Lunch is included.This is part of a larger initiative launched by MIC Brussels in 2014 that runs throughout the year.Interested schools should send an email to info@mic-brussels.be to register.
