African Gist is a non-profit organisation aiming at creating bridges between young tech talents from Belgium and African tech entrepreneurs to support sustainable development through digital tools.
African Gist would like to invite tech entrepreneurs and professionals to join us for a workshop politely called " Get the S#it Done" (G$D) on the topic: “Digital for sustainable health development, creating solutions from remote: The case of Wapimed S.A.R.L“.
The concept behind G$D is to provide young talents and projects owners with relevant and accurate information related to digital projects development in a developing environment.
For this event, José Kimpalou, a Belgian entrepreneur and founder of Wapimed SARL, will share his journey to e-health solutions. He will discuss the difficulties faced in building this app dedicated to DRCongo while living in Belgium and how he managed to Get the job done despite the challenges.
The event will be interactive and in a relaxed atmosphere. The event is hosted at the Bon Jour Coworking Space (Rue du Sceptre, 57C, 1050 Ixelles) on Friday October 19 from 7pm.
Attendees are asked to contribute to the discussions and will have to solve different scenarios faced by entrepreneurs in developing countries with the guidance of our team and the guest speaker.
